Saujana Putra
This is a relatively new township, started off in 2003 and had since made leaps and bounds in its progress. The area has changed much and I can barely recognise this place since my last visit 2 years ago.
The 2 main developers in this area are LBS and TCS, both developing residences and commercials.
Two big plots of land nearby have been set aside, one for Mahsa University College main campus and a huge Super Hub for courier company Citylink operations. Either a shopping mall or hypermarket is rumoured to be in the Pipeline.
In fact I am thankful I made the effort to revisit this place as the developer still has land for development and it is going to the upper-end in terms of price and design.
Linkage to the other parts of Klang Valley is excellent via SKVE (5 minutes to Seri Kembangan / Putrajaya / Cyberjaya) and Elite Highway (5 minutes to Putra Heights / Subang Jaya). Be careful if you are using the GPS to skip toll, as it will lead you through Taman Mas / Putra Prima, a 3 km bumpy road which is still bearable. Using this route, it is only a skip away from Puchong Utama / Puchong Prima / Bdr Bkt Puchong.
If you were to refer to ‘The Wave of Change ‘ [https://gatedguarded.wordpress.com/wave-of-change/], the map will show that Bandar Saujana Putra is just adjacent to Bandar Rimbayu and Cyberjaya and I expect this area to experience further explosive growth.
Those intending to make this place their home would be pleased to know that the area is bounded by 2 vast green tracts ie Boh’s Bkt Cheeding Plantation and Kuala Langat Forest Reserve.
Besides the existing shops, another developer TCS is developing a big commercial area consisting of 4-storey shops just adjacent to this area. Saturdays are pasar malam day just behind Petronas.

Handing over in May 2013. Very spacious design for its size and the tiles as well as color scheme has improved in comparison with earlier phases.
As Saujana Putra prepares itself to going upmarket, the newer phases have an entrance statement, pleasant landscaped thoroughfares and even grid-fences in preparation for a Secured Community.

– Ivory Residences
– Indigo Homes
The greenery behind is the Boh Plantation.
Upcoming projects will no longer be landed but instead consist of townhouses (Pearl Villa), condominiums (BSP Skypark) and commercial projects, making the houses here even more valuable in the future.
How to go to Bandar Saujana Putra ?
https://gatedguarded.wordpress.com/2013/04/25/how-to-go-to-bandar-saujana-putra/
That’s not Royal Ivory, but Indigo Homes. Royal Ivory and Royal Garden is yet to be constructed. Btw all the Ivory series are actually “cluster semi D”, not the actual semi D like Indigo Homes and Royal Garden. Anyway, BSP is a place with great potential. Please LBS keep up the good work and don’t screw it up like Talam.
Thanks for the heads up kinkikids ! I can see LBS is putting some D’Island touches to this township.
Right…while LBS is entering high end with D’island, i am confident that both Royal Ivory and Royal Garden QC will benefit from it as well, to protect and build up LBS reputation. And yeap, they may continue to include D’island’s ideas into the BSP township. Glad of it.
