This is a diverse area encompassing a few tamans with diverse names, so it could get confusing for new visitors. However, the main feature is that all these gardens are centred around the Seri Kembangan Jaya Jusco on both sides of main thoroughfare, Jalan Putra Permai.

The nice thing about this place is the undulating landscape because of the hilly terrain, making it a breezy place with an air of exclusivity. These relatively new houses are complemented by a relatively well-maintained surrounding.

The township is well-rounded and it comes as no surprise that the working class from Cyberjaya find this an attractive place to shop and stay. Food is bountiful and after a sweep by the Majlis, the tables&chairs come back to claim half the road *note the red chairs ‘booking’ their space*.

A nice locality for families as children can occupy their time at the rustic Farm In The City which is a petting zoo.

This area consists semi-d’s. With guardhouse / autogate + boomgate / brickwall / cctv. This is perhaps one of the highest points in this locality, perched at the end of the road.

This area consists of bungalows. With guardhouse / autogate + boomgate / brickwall. The guard is efficient here, questioning me when I was taking fotos. Adjacent to this area is an upcoming superlink & bungalow development.
