A township that would need no introduction with I&P’s established reputation and strategic location between Puchong, Bukit Jalil and Cyberjaya . The Ampang line LRT extension is in full swing and taking advantage of this spurt of infrastructure, various smaller developers have made a strong presence with a full spectrum of properties ranging from residentials to commercials.
Although being a part of Puchong, it remains green maintaining its distinct identity far removed from the grimy Puchong that most people associate with.
Although many parts of BK5 & BK6 are Secured Communities, the very visible presence of the police contributes to a hard-to-ignore deterrent effect.
The Ampang Line Lrt is in full swing now snaking its way onto the Bukit Jalil Expressway.
A few condominium projects that are in swing are Rimba Residence and Duet Residence.
If you make the right choice, your house might even have a cooling forest reserve as the neighbourhood, no air-conditioning needed at night. Aesthetically, the newer phases (eg, BK 2, 5D, 5E, 6, etc) look more tidy with underground utilities.
